“The community would be worse off without organisations like Dawat-e-Islami” Tom McNeil (Assistant Police and Crime Commissioner for the West Midlands) recently visited Dawat-e-Islami’s centre in Birmingham (Faizan-e-Madina, Stechford). He was briefed on the various works of Dawat-e-Islami and the efforts being undertaken to reduce crime. Dawat-e-Islami every month is running a campaign to raise awareness about a social issue. Previous topics of awareness included Theft, County Lines, Domestic abuse, etc. Also, various events are taking place at many youth centres across the Midlands.
